I think it's pretty clear what meaning is conveyed by these, but can you tell us about the name "Drake Memes" and where that comes from?

Certainly! So, 'Drake' is a 30-something, Canadian musician. The author of the original meme took two images from a music video, and stacked them to express preference. For example, we might use the template to insert a picture of Marcus Aurelius at the top, and Thomas Jefferson at the bottom.
