"Celsus"
The quotes are present because there is significant question as to whether the author of "The True Word" was an Epicurean or not. See the Wikipedia article for the possibility that Celsus the friend of Lucian was not the Celsus who wrote "The True Word" - given that the religious positions taken in "The True Word" do not appear consistent with Epicurean religious viewpoints.
