Philosophical Implications of Jason And The Argonauts

    I am setting up this thread as a placeholder for potential future discussion of the story of Jason and the Argonauts. This comes to mind because there is a well known 1963 movie version which I recently came across, and due to the recent rise of interest in the Odyssey given the recent movie version.

    No doubt there are a lot of things going on in this story that conflict with Epicurean ideas, but probably there is benefit in knowing the outlines of a story that was apparently very well known at the time of Epicurus.
