I'm new to Epicureanism, but I think this song, although it's lyrics are very simple, seem Epicurean to me. And it brings me so much joy

Also, I found the website through when i initially was doing an internet search to learn about Epicureanism which I had very little knowledge of, and I came to the epicurean Reddit. And I found an article posted on Reddit that was an interview with Stephen Greenblatt, who I'm not familiar of but I skimmed some of his quotes, and it was very appealing to me. He described something that I have not long ago very intentionally been looking for, "In the last few years, we’ve had works by secular humanists like AC Grayling and Richard Dawkins that have tried to create a sort of secular poetry or myth to rival religious myths – but Lucretius has already done that, 2,000 years ago.. And I googled The Hymn to Venus and found your article: https://newepicurean.com/lucretius-hymn…se-of-pleasure/
and I was completely hooked from there. I haven't felt truly joyous in a long time, because of my confusion and fear of religion.
Hi,
Dear Cassius,
Your website has been greatly and quickly improving my life and preventing me from going down the painful confusing path of false philosophy.
Although I think I don't understand it as much as I expect to after more study, and I have learned to be prone to a lot of reasoning not based in true senses.
But this is AMAZING, is all I will say
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WHAT YOU'RE DOING, IT'S GENIUNELY BRINGING ME PLEASURE
